GROWTH CLASS: Pursuing His Presence (Study on the Tabernacle)

A closer relationship with God. A relationship that is constantly aware of His presence. Hebrew 8:5 tells us that the Tabernacle is a copy or shadow of what is in heaven. Using archeology, video, modern pictures, objects, maps and learning some Hebrew,  we will be looking at how the Tabernacle allows us to understand words and concepts in the bible and how it fits into the larger story.

In Exodus, when Moses sets out from Egypt with the Israelites into the wilderness, they had no idea what was to come. Yet, God had a plan all along.  Learning about the Tabernacle allows us to understand better who God is and who we are. As we look at this structure we see that plan, we see Jesus and the Holy Spirit in it. We are given a blueprint of the christian life and a map showing us how to live pursuing the presence of God.

This class is offered at our Goodrich Campus from 6:45pm to 8pm beginning 2/4 and running until 3/25. Instructor: Angi Schrauben.

Bridgewood Youth is mainly at Clarkston (with occasional break outs for Goodrich students), but we do offer midweek clubs for students up to 5th grade at both campuses for parents who attend one of our classes. These clubs offer themed fun and learning. Please register because space is limited.
